I would like to take a moment to explain to you our Privacy Policy so that you can feel more at ease when visiting our website or using BetTrader to access Betfair.

Your Personal Information

In order to download BetTrader, we need to collect an email address to identify you. The email you choose will be incorporated by the application into a unique encrypted hash key which the application will use in its communications with our servers.

RacingTraders collects your email address and various other pieces of personal information in order to keep you abreast of any developments related to BetTrader Evolution including; new versions, recent videos and promotional offers. Should you wish to stop receiving email updates from us, simply send an email to support@racingtraders.co.uk.

Please rest assured that RacingTraders will not rent, sell or make available your personal information to any unrelated third party.

Submission of Data to Betfair

The BetTrader application will communicate your information to Betfair’s servers via a generated unique encrypted hash key. RacingTraders does not store your Betfair username or password, nor use either of these to communicate with their servers.

Maintenance of Betfair Information

We do not retain or use your Betfair username or password. We do not monitor your trading activity or Betfair usage or any data Whatsoever that passes from you to Betfair. Moreover, you should feel safe knowing that as an official Betfair API solution, we work closely with Betfair to minimize all risk.
