Installing BetTrader Evolution Version 3.0.0
Installing BetTrader Evolution Version 3 is a simple process.
Step 1: Download the EvoTray
Step 2: Get and install Evolution
Step 3: Log in
Step 1 – Download the EvoTray
Click on the download button and save the file btinstall.msi to your downloads or documents. When the file has downloaded, run it and accept the EULA. You will need to ‘Start EvoTray Control Zone’ from the start menu when the download and installation is complete.

Step 2 – Get and install Evolution
once you click on Start EvoTray Control Zone from the start menu, you will see a small blue icon appear in the system tray (bottom right hand side of your screen – near the clock). Right click on this icon and select ‘Get and Install BetTrader Evolution’. This will download and install BetTrader Evolution 3 for you.
Step 3 – Log in
When you have successfully downloaded Evolution Version 3, you can right click on the EvoTray again and select ‘Launch in Chrome/Launch in Firefox browser’.
This will open Evo3 for you with a place for your Betfair username, Betfair Password and an email address. This email address is the only information that we at RacingTraders keep of yours, your Betfair username & password remain encrypted and only go through to Betfair to allow you access to your account.
When you first run Evolution, enter your Betfair username, password and enter an email address. Evo3 will then show you the Betfair Permissioning Page where you enter your Betfair Username & Password for a second time and complete a captcha (copy numbers & letters from a box to check you are not a computer) and submit this info.
A few moments later, when Betfair confirms that your account has been permissioned to use our software you will be logged into Evo3 to start trading.
The next time you log in, Evo3 will remember your email address when you enter your Betfair Username and once you have entered your Betfair password, you will be straight into Evo and ready to trade.
