The Login Screen

When you first launch Evolution, you will have to provide your Betfair Username, Betfair Password and an email address.

If Evolution has been set up properly on your machine, you should find that you do not need to log in each time you launch Evo, as long as you have not logged out or restarted the server.

Only when you click the ‘Logout’ button or quit the EvoTray zone, will you be asked to re-enter your Username and Password.

Evo should suggest your registered email address when you put your Betfair username in.

If your email is not being remembered, then there are a couple of reasons for this. One is a unicode issue that we are aware of – if your computer user account name does not use any non-English characters, simply close the browser and launch it again from the EvoTray before logging in again and Evo should remember your email.

NOTE: After you click ‘Secure Login’, if the boxes shake from side to side this means that Betfair has refused your login. This may be because the username/password combination is incorrect (a typing mistake, say).
