Your BetTrader Support ID and where to find it?
Your BetTrader Support ID is created the first time you use BetTrader and it is unique to you and your Betfair account. This ID is used to identifies your account in our database.
You can find your Support ID by logging in to BetTrader, it is at the top right of the homepage of the application (as shown in the image below).
We do not have access to your Betfair username, so when contacting us it really helps to include this support ID to enable us to find your account quickly.
The Support ID is unique to you.
